4-H CAMPING RULES & REGULATIONS

ONE VEHCLE PER CAMPER IN CAMPING AREA!! All vehicles in camping area without a camping hang tag permit will be a violation of the camping rules . NO LIVESTOCK/HORSE TRAILER PARKING IN CAMPING AREA (unless your camper is your living qtrs trailer)

Please be respectful of others around you in regards to noise and light levels at night. Please keep noise levels down between 10pm and 6am.

Please do not run generators after 10pm and before 6am.

You must plug into the correct plug on your pedestal- each plug is assigned, please use the correct one. If you plug into the incorrect plug, Fair staff WILL unplug your camper.

Please remain within your marked space and be respectful of others areas.

Indoor Restrooms and Showers will ONLY be available while barns are open (6am- 10pm). Please plan accordingly to use the showers!

NO DOGS allowed in any of The Ranch Exhibition buildings unless part of the 4-H Dog Show or a licensed service animal. Dogs on grounds must be ON A LEASH at all times. Pet owners are responsible for waste clean up.

NO scooters, skate boards, roller blades, bikes, private ATV's or golf carts.

NO smoking within 20 feet of any buildings.

NO alcohol brought onto Larimer County Fair property. The camping is only provided for 4-H and Fair Board Members. Be respectful of 4-H Rules and please do not have alcohol present.

Pursuant to Colorado Statute 12-47-901(1)(h)(I), it is illegal to bring any outside alcoholic beverages onto the Larimer County Fairgrounds and Events Complex, including camping area during the Fair.

Alcoholic beverages not purchased on the premises will be confiscated immediately and could result in fines and ejection from the property.

There will be security during the length of the fair. If one of these rules is violated by your camper or attendees at your camper you will be given ONE warning. If the camper space incurs a second violation you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be eligible for a spot the following year.

Check-In: Whole Fair & Session One

Saturday, July 29th 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Sunday, July 30th 8 a.m. until NOON
Please note these are the only check-in hours for Whole Fair Session & Session One

Check-In: Session Two

Thursday, August 3rd, 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Friday, August 4th, 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. & 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm
Saturday, August 5th, 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 am

Check-Out: Session One

Must be completely moved out by 5:00 pm on Thursday, August 3rd

Check-Out: Whole Fair & Session Two

Due to parking for the Junior Livestock Sale we suggest that all campers are moved out by NOON on August 9th
